Vlad is responsive, polite and professional. The quality of work is outstanding and we are very pleased with our new fence! He beat the price of local Marin fence builders and includes a 4 year warranty. I was impressed with his clear communication and consultation as well as his strong work ethic. He answered all my questions and was very thoughtful about plants and working neatly. Efficient Excellent work! I highly recommend VMK Builders.

We built an ADU in our backyard and opted to face it towards the street. This required us to rebuild the fenceline to accommodate the opening. Vlad honored our vision while adjusting for technical requirements and it turned out to be a work of art! Vlad is a true pro - communicative, punctual, and a downright hard worker that fulfills his commitments. Neighbors have actually inquired about VMK for their own projects. I fully endorse and highly recommend Vlad for any fence project!

We needed a fence to keep the homeless out. Vlad came out here same day and gave me an estimate in person right away. Next week they showed up at 7:00 sharp and knocked out the fence in one day. Very professional and answered all my questions. He warranties the fence for 4 years which gives me peace of mind. Will be working with VMK Builders again in the future!
