After years of working in construction and seeing how often homeowners were frustrated by poor communication, rushed jobs, and unclear pricing, Vlad started VMK Builders to offer a better experience — one built around accountability and craftsmanship.
When you call VMK Builders, you’re not handed off to a salesperson or project manager. You deal directly with Vlad, the owner and installer, from the first conversation to the final walkthrough.
Our Background
Vlad has been working in construction since he was 16, with hands-on experience across residential projects. After spending years in the field, he started VMK Builders to bring back the “old-school contractor” approach — one person responsible for the work, the schedule, and the outcome.

What We Focus On
While we offer multiple services, fencing is our primary focus.
Fences are where we deliver the most value and where our experience shows the most. We build fences that look good on day one and hold up over time — because of how they’re built underneath.
Decks are offered as a secondary service, usually for existing clients or referrals, and only when the project makes sense.
